Privacy Policy — Luxplate, Dwarfplate & Palletto Icon Packs

This policy applies to Luxplate Icon Pack, Dwarfplate Icon Pack, and Palletto Icon Pack, published by OCeylan / CEYMOB. All apps are built on the open-source CandyBar framework. We do not collect, store, or share any personal user data.

Permissions Used

The following Android permissions are requested by our apps. None are used to collect personal information.

Permission	Purpose
INTERNET	Downloading cloud wallpapers and checking for icon updates
ACCESS_NETWORK_STATE	Checking network availability before loading remote content
ACCESS_WIFI_STATE	Optimizing data usage on Wi-Fi connections
READ_EXTERNAL_STORAGE	Reading wallpapers stored on device (Android 12 and below)
SET_WALLPAPER	Applying wallpapers selected by the user
FOREGROUND_SERVICE	Running wallpaper download tasks in the background

Icon Requests

When you submit an icon request, the app generates an email pre-filled with basic device information (launcher name, Android version). This email is sent directly from your own email client to our support address. We do not intercept or automatically store this data.

Third-Party Services

Google Play Store handles all purchases and provides anonymized, aggregated analytics to us as a developer. No personally identifiable information is available to us through this channel.

GitHub may host cloud wallpapers. GitHub's own privacy policy applies to any content served from their platform.

Children's Privacy

Our apps do not knowingly collect any data from children under the age of 13.
