License
Luxplate Icon Pack, Dwarfplate Icon Pack, and Palletto Icon Pack are licensed for personal, non-commercial use only. When you purchase or download any of these apps, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the icons on your personal Android devices.
You may not:
- Redistribute, resell, or sublicense the icons in any form
- Use the icons in commercial products, templates, or services
- Claim ownership or authorship of the icon designs
- Extract icons from the app for use outside of a launcher
Intellectual Property
All icon designs, artwork, and visual assets included in Luxplate, Dwarfplate, and Palletto are the intellectual property of OCeylan / CEYMOB, unless otherwise stated. All rights are reserved.
Third-party app icons are reproduced for the purpose of launcher customization under fair use. All respective trademarks and logos belong to their original owners.
Icon Requests
Icon requests submitted through any of our apps are reviewed at our discretion. Submitting a request does not guarantee that the icon will be added. We reserve the right to prioritize, decline, or modify any request.
Updates & Availability
We may update, modify, or discontinue any of our apps or their features at any time without prior notice. We are not liable for any loss resulting from such changes.
Icon count and content may change between versions as icons are added, revised, or removed.
Disclaimer of Warranties
Luxplate Icon Pack, Dwarfplate Icon Pack, and Palletto Icon Pack are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that any of these apps will be error-free, uninterrupted, or compatible with every device or launcher.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, CEYMOB and OCeylan shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use these apps.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Turkish courts.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version will always be available at this URL. Continued use of any of our apps after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
